.32 Hand Ejector 1903 52nd Change .32 S&W Long
Nickel .32 1903-5th Model, Pearls
Estimated Year: 1908 Estimated value: $850.00
Here is a very nice early S&W Hand Ejector, with very pretty genuine mother of pearl stocks. SNís match on barrel, frame and cylinder, and assembly numbers match on crane and frame. The nickel finish is showing some light, early signs of pitting, but has approximately 97% of its original nickel in its place. The book price on this has more than doubled in the past 11 years. This one has its backstrap marked J.C.P 533. This marking is probably for Jersey City Police, which is noted in the Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson, as a marking also attributable to the model of 1896.
